About SEEMF

SEEMF is the biggest media conference in South, Central and Eastern Europe, bringing editors, media CEO, journalists, media experts and politicians together. Every year more than 300 media representatives particiapte in SEEMF. It is organised by SEEMO in cooperation with the German Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and the Central European Initiative and in regular partnership with South East and Central Europe PR Organisation (SECEPRO), International Academy in Belgrade and International Institute - International Media Center, Vienna.

ESSEN / SOFIA / VIENNA, 3 November 2008. The Essen-based WAZ Media Group, the South East Europe Media Programme of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAS) and the Vienna-based South East Europe Media Organisation (SEEMO), an affiliate of the International Press Institute (IPI), invite you to the 2nd South East Europe Media Forum. Approximately 200 publishers, heads of publishing companies, editors-in-chief and leading journalists from South East Europe will meet on Wednesday and Thursday (5-6 November 2008) in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia. The focal point of this forum is: "Media and Democracy in South East Europe: Professional Standards and Education of Journalists."
